Showing error to subscribe to our tool?

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that we have recently noticed some issues with our WhatsApp Automation tool. We understand that some of our users have reported problems while using the tool.


What is the issue?


If you are an existing customer and still your WhatsApp App shows you an error stating that you are a new client and register for a free trial.


If you have already subscribed to our tool, we want to reassure you that the issue is a minor bug. Our tool authenticates your subscription based on your mobile number that has been fetched from WhatsApp. However, sometimes the tool is unable to fetch your number, which prevents it from verifying your subscription.



To resolve this issue, we recommend that you follow these troubleshooting steps:

1.         Uninstall the tool from your device.

2.         Clear your browser data.

3.         Reinstall the tool from this link:


Once you have reinstalled the tool, your WhatsApp Automation software should be working again.
